Timothy and Deborah join Catherine Lashko, owner of The Tea Leaf to create an exciting selection of recipes, including roasted pepper and mint tea cous-cous, mango tea, orange and lemon zest roasted chicken and green apple and vanilla rooibos sorbet, that all feature one of The Tea Leafs unique teas or tisanes. Used as flavouring agents, marinades and garnishes each recipe uses a different tea or tisane. Individual teas are selected for their health benefits or their unique flavour or appearance.
